The Falls Stamping and Welding building was constructed in 1928 and housed various manufacturing and warehouse operations over the years. Recently rebranded as the Foundry, the industrial building will be transformed into the main headquarters for TRIAD/Next Level Interactive. The renovation project is the first in the city of Cuyahoga Falls to use the Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credit program.

The Ohio Development Services Agency awarded $37.7 million in Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credits to rehabilitate 35 historic buildings in 13 communities across the state. Receiving a $241,261 tax credit, The Foundry is the first project in the city of Cuyahoga Falls to use the Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credit program.

Demolition has begun at the site of the new TRIAD/Next Level office. Following the demo process, renovations are set to begin in July 2014 and are projected to take approximately 8 months.

TRIAD/Next Level President, Rick Krochka has partnered with Cuyahoga Falls to initiate a historical district within the City. In the heart of the historical district will be the agency’s new home, 1701 Front Street, which will be known as The Foundry. Partnering with the City of Cuyahoga Falls, TRIAD/Next Level will play an integral role in the redevelopment of South Front Street and the Glen Terrace neighborhood.
